Terms of Use

1. The service

Center Videos is an AI tool that automatically reframes wide-angle video captured on Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses (and similar devices) into vertical 9:16 output suited to platforms like TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the product evolves.

2. Eligibility and accounts

To use the Service you must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, whichever is higher.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• One person or entity per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

3. Your content

You retain all ownership rights in the videos and other materials you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

• You represent that you own Your Content or have the necessary rights to upload and reframe it.
• You are responsible for the legality of recording, uploading, and sharing the footage.
• We do not use Your Content to train Center Videos models.
• We do not share Your Content with third parties for advertising or analytics.
• We may delete Your Content automatically after the retention window described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can delete jobs or your entire account at any time from the Account page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for content or behavior that is illegal, abusive, or that risks the safety of others. In particular, you will not upload or attempt to generate:

• Content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Content depicting minors in sexual or otherwise inappropriate contexts.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or content created to harass or impersonate a specific person.
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, hate, or self-harm.
• Malware, exploits, or anything intended to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
• Automated scraping, mass account creation, or abuse of free credits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

5. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
• We may set or adjust usage limits, quotas, and rate limits.
• We may take the Service offline for maintenance, security, or capacity reasons.
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practical.
• We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or processing failures.

6. Free credits and paid plans

The Service may include a free tier with limited credits as well as paid plans. Paid plans, if any, will be described at checkout and may be subject to additional terms.

Free credits have no cash value, may expire, and may be revoked if we detect abuse. Refunds for paid plans, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis under applicable consumer law.

Pricing, plans, and credit allocations can change. Material changes for existing paid subscribers will be communicated in advance.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, branding, and design, is owned by Center Videos and protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service to you. You may use the Service only as expressly permitted here.

8. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, we may use them without restriction or compensation. You agree not to send us any information you consider confidential.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers such as Supabase, Vercel, and Google. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or terms imposed by those providers. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet any specific quality expectation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Center Videos and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 50.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Center Videos and its operators against any claims, damages, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in ways that risk harm to us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
