Privacy Policy

Effective May 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Center Videos (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use our website and reframing service. We aim to collect as little as possible, store it securely, and never use it in ways you wouldn’t expect.

1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run Center Videos and keep your account secure.

  • Account data. Your email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up via Supabase Auth (including Google OAuth, if used).
  • Video uploads. The footage you upload for reframing and the AI-generated output we render in return.
  • Job metadata. Technical details about each job: duration, file size, resolution, timestamps, and processing status.
  • Usage logs. Server-side request logs (IP, user agent, errors) used for debugging and abuse prevention.

2. How we use your information

We use the data above to:

  • Process your uploads and deliver the reframed output back to you.
  • Maintain your account, history, and credit balance.
  • Protect the service against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Diagnose bugs, monitor performance, and improve quality.
  • Send transactional emails directly related to your account.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your videos to train third-party models.

3. Video storage and retention

Uploaded source files and rendered outputs are stored in private, access-controlled Supabase Storage buckets scoped to your user account. Only you can access your files via signed URLs.

  • Videos and rendered outputs are deleted automatically after a short retention window so they are not retained indefinitely.
  • You can delete any job or your entire account at any time from the Account page.
  • Once deleted, files are removed from active storage. Backup copies, if any, are purged on the standard backup rotation cycle.

4. AI processing

Reframing is performed by automated models on our processing infrastructure. Your footage is analyzed only to detect subjects, motion, and framing in order to render the output.

  • Your videos are not used to train Center Videos models.
  • Your videos are not shared with third parties for advertising or analytics.
  • Outputs are returned only to the account that uploaded the source.

5. Third-party services

We rely on a small set of vetted infrastructure providers. Each processes data only on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

  • Supabase - authentication, database, and object storage.
  • Vercel - web hosting and serverless functions.
  • Google - OAuth sign-in if you choose Continue with Google.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage solely to keep you signed in and to remember UI preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.

7. Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Storage buckets are private and accessed via short-lived signed URLs. Access to production data is limited to the engineers who operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and continuously improve them.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Most of this is self-serve from the Account page. For anything else, contact us using the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Children

Center Videos is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
